Just a quick note to say that I will be on holiday from 16th July to 3rd August, but will be resuming work with clients from 4th.

my daughter has Hair picking habbit. Can this be cured by
hypnotherapy?
Hello Candy,
Sorry to reply to this late; I am away on holiday at the moment and only have intermittent access to the internet. Hypnotherapy works really well for hair-picking habits, wherever on the body the hair is picked. Often it is just a case of gently reprogramming the mind so the compulsion to pick is no longer felt, and occasionally it is necessary to find the initial cause and work on that, for example, through age regression so that any emotions are dealt with effectively and the habit can be removed. All very safe and your daughter should find it a very relaxing experience.
